The Middle Eastern Apple-shaped brass box is made entirely of solid brass and is heavy and well-crafted by hand. It opens from the middle and the lid fits perfectly tight. We believe this was designed to be a betel nut box at one time. It would look great in a curio with other Asian antiques and brass, and it would make an excellent trinket or catchall container. It is available in a dark antique finish.
