Brass ring dial from the mid - eighteenth century. This horological device was created by one of his generation's greatest designers and manufacturers. The dial is made up of two rings, with the outer ring containing a bridging bar. The outer ring, which depicts a circle encompassing the North and South celestial poles, is known as the meridian ring. Islamic carvings are carved into the rotating bridging bar. Between the bridge's bars is a slider with a pinhole that serves as the shadow mark. Nice décor item that is ideal for gifts.
