Brass Seer Measuring Cup

This is an antique style brass seer nested cup was created by Bombay's Oriental Metal Pressing Works. Prior until the mid-twentieth century, the seer was a traditional asian measure of mass and volume. The seer weighs 1.25 kilogrammes (1.792 lbs) in India.
