This is a rare Mughal painting of Jahangir, the fourth Mughal emperor was a lover of beauty, whether it was created by human hands or viewed in nature as God's creation. Tuzuk-I-Jahangiri or Jahangirnama, his memoirs, are as much an album of his aesthetic experiences as they are a chronicle of his reign. These encounters were a constant source of excitement for him, thanks to his strong sense. Nature and beauty were maintained by his painters' brushes.
