Not very good glue as compared to 3M, but easy to put together.Useful for normal weightt things. It hold my winter jacket, just to give you an idea.

Given what is shown. I use these in my kitchen for utensils, in room for hanging wall decorations. I have not tried 10 Kgs, but I have put a lot is utensils on 1 and it is good and it’s been 3 months- no problem at all!

But don't use on walls because it may peel off... not due to the weight of the product you are hanging on it. Stick it up elsewhere clean before so no air bubbles remain.
